Thank you to Mr Holdship who came in to visit Key Stage One to share his knowledge about dinosaurs. The children enjoyed the experience of holding fossils, including teeth and dinosaur poo!

Hedgehogs' Star Gazing Evening
We were very fortunate to have a clear night for the children to enjoy star gazing. They were very excited to see Venus, Orion's belt and many other constellations. The Hedgehogs were lucky that one family brought their telescope so we were able to see craters on the moon. Amazing! Thank you to all the families who supported this event.

We loved our story museum workshop. We had the opportunity to explore the story of the Hobbit using drama and props.

Swallows Class Science Oxford Visit
The Swallows had a great time learning about robotics and programming. We used 'Python' language to create our own codes and sent these to a 'Micro Bit' before attaching it to a robot buggy to test whether our programming worked.
KS1 Science Oxford Visit
We loved our Science Oxford visit, and learning about how the Great Fire of London spread so quickly. The green fire was our favourite part.
