Year 6 have
really enjoyed their third day at Castle Head. We spent the whole day by the
coast where we found crabs under stones, climbed across rocks and squeezed through
small gaps and making each other giggle.
After that we had to show that we could manage to get out of quicksand, which
is a substance which you can sink in. To get out of the quicksand you had to
pull your heel out first and then bring your toe out otherwise you would fall
over!
After dinner
we all got ready to go orienteering then
we got given a map of Castle Head and we had to go and find some posts then
stamp our pieces of paper. When we got all of our posts and our pieces of paper
marked we were all pretty tired and couldn’t wait to go to bed.
None of us
can believe we are half way through the week already!
