Police Visit to Foundation Stage

We had two very special visitors today in Foundation Stage this morning - PCSO Lee Kehoe and PCSO Natalie White.  They enjoyed getting to know the children, who were keen to show them their drawings and creations.  They spoke to us about road safety and stranger danger, and were very impressed with the interesting comments that the children made.  We even got to explore their police van, looking in the back, where the 'baddies' would be, and sitting in the front, pretending to be 'real police'!

Thank you very much for your visit, we hope to see you again soon.

Happy New Year!

Foundation Stage celebrated Chinese New Year today, by making dragon puppets, lanterns and a big dragon.  We had great fun playing with the Chinese resources in the cafe and learnt how to say Happy New Year in Chinese.

Dr Martin

Thank you Dr Martin!

Foundation Stage had a visit from Dr Martin and Big Bear this week.  We found out what happens when we visit the doctors, and what the doctor needs to check, to help to make us better.  We were allowed to look inside her bag and found lots of interesting things!  Inspired by Dr Martin's visit, we made skeleton pictures and built skeletons outside using sticks.  Thank you for your visit - please come again soon!
