Egyptian Workshop

It's 14th century B.C. at Watlington today and we have lots of Pharaohs and Queens in school! We have transported back to Tel-el-Armarna where Akhenaten is Pharaoh with his wife, Nefertiti.

We have had a fantastic morning full of activities, including soap carving, making amulet jewellery, scribing on papyrus paper and lots more!

Hedgehogs trip to Sutton Courtenay

The Hedgehogs have had a fantastic time today. They were all very well behaved and had lots of fun.

They learnt about how to help their teddies survive in the wild. Activities included making delicious leaf salads, shelters for their teddies and creating a pond for them to drink from.

After lunch, the Hedgehogs made clay paw prints, created a potion and went on a bear hunt!

The children had a wonderful time and have learned a lot! Well done Hedgehogs.

Nick Cope

Thank you to everyone who came to our Nick Cope assembly today.  The children really enjoyed sharing the songs they have been learning.

Year 4 residential

We are all on the bus on our way home... some tired faces but a good time has been had by all. Hoping to be back in Watlington in time for the end of the school day.
